I was raised in Sonoma Valley, California, but moved to Los Angeles after college where I stayed for the next 16 years building my design and art directing career. I was able to work with the hottest talent at top agencies doing cutting edge ad work. Becoming a mother brought me back up to Northern California where I could raise my family in a smaller, safer community. Now I live in Glen Ellen, Northern California, right in the heart of the wine country, with my two wonderful children.

ABOUT MY WORK: I have a fully equipped modern home design studio. My curiosity and versatility has led me to work in a wide variety of design fields allowing me the opportunity to work with quite a varied clientele. My design style goes from crazy to conservative matching the spunk in my own personality. I enjoy working through the internet and all electronic based forms of communication. I find it speeds up the work flow and keeps the costs down for my clients.

I am extremely adept with the computer, having discovered a passion and natural talent for it in 1988. I have been a designer since 1982 and opened Westcott Design in 2000. I have been very fortunate to have been busy and successful right from the start.

ABOUT MY WINE LABEL DESIGNS: I have a passion for wine and it comes through in my designs. I don’t just design unique and award winning wine labels, I can help you with capsules, corks, boxes, winery logos, brochures, ads, event banners, billboards and collateral. I work with many start up wineries and can guide you through the process of finding a great printer and choosing the right printing method. I can help you get approval by the TTB and getting your own UPC code. When you use my services, I personally work with you. My rates are quite reasonable and I can work hourly or by quoted project.

ABOUT MY TOY PACKAGING DESIGNS: In the past, I was the Senior Art Director in charge of all girl’s toy packaging and impulse toys at Oddzon / Hasbro. Now I design toy packaging for a large group of toy companies. I use the most talented illustrators to bring my visions to LIFE and compliment my designs and graphics. My wacky side is totally at home with toy packaging and it shows. I help my clients with high end toy packaging, as well as packaging on a budget. Not everyone can afford an illustrator, so I can make something fantastic by being creative with royalty free art. I help my clients with callouts and what to put on the front of the package to grab the consumer and get it READ so they will want to make the purchase.
